Release Notes

This release contains a single bug-fix, making the comparison of time spans more lenient for use with the Microsoft CardSpace Identity Selector. NotBefore is now evaluated with a five minute additional time allowance for clock drift.

As this change did not update any documentation, please fetch those files from the 1.0 Source release
